I’m only as good as my team. My personal goal – on every project and in every interaction – is to never leave a team member behind. In 2022, this means not only driving collaboration across UX, Product, Engineering and Data, but creating more inclusive and diverse work environments.

I am currently Director of Product Design at Loblaw Digital. Previously, I was the Head of Experience Design for Retail North America at Publicis Sapient, and co-led our Experience Design capability group across North America.

As a design leader, I believe I have the responsibility to create better experiences for the people I lead. I champion for work environments that enable people to bring their full selves to work, every day.

I was honoured to be on the jury for Cannes Lions Creative eCommerce 2021.

I was featured in Consulting Magazine’s 2020 Women Leaders in Technology piece, for Excellence in Leadership.

In 2021 I was a Cannes Lions juror in the Creative eCommerce category. I also spoke at NRF’s panel, “The new ethics of tech: Equity, diversity and human-centered design.” In 2020 I presented at the 3% Conference on how the COVID-19 pandemic impacted my leadership style.

I’ve written for a variety of retail publications on the rise of ethics in the shopping journey, impacts of the pandemic on retail, and how retailers can use data to enable more relevant experiences for customers.
